Terms and Conditions Agreement

This agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions that govern the use of The Wigwam Motel (hereinafter referred to as “the Hotel”) located at 811 W Hopi Dr, Holbrook, AZ 86025. By making a reservation and staying at the Hotel, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Guests arriving after 9:00 PM must contact the Hotel in advance to make arrangements for a late check-in.

Check-out time is at 11:00 AM.

Age Restriction:

At least one adult aged 18 years or older must be present per reservation.

Payment:

The Hotel accepts cash, debit cards, and credit cards as methods of payment.

Additional charges may apply, including a $25 fee per pet per day and a smoking fee if smoking occurs in the rooms.

Reservation Policies:

Reservations must be canceled or modified at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time.

Guests may cancel or modify their reservations by using the cancellation link provided in their confirmation email or by contacting the Hotel directly.

Amenities and Services:

The apartments offer standard amenities, and the Wigwam rooms provide traditional amenities reminiscent of a bygone era.

Smoking, Noise, and Pets:

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the Hotel premises. Guests found smoking will be subject to a fee.

Guests are expected to adhere to noise restrictions and be considerate of other guests.

Pets are welcome at the Hotel with an additional fee of $25 per pet per day. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.

Liability and Damages:

The Hotel assumes no liability for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings or vehicles during the stay.

Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the Hotel’s property and will be held accountable for repair or replacement costs.

Guest Conduct and Behavior:

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner, avoiding any behavior that may disturb other guests or disrupt the peaceful operation of the Hotel.

Facilities:

The Hotel provides access to a washer and dryer for guest use.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Hotel is located.

By making a reservation and staying at The Wigwam Motel, guests acknowledge that they have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement and agree to comply with them.
